Proper table discussion

So this is a typical lunch discussion we have during lunch break at work.
And in case you're wondering, yes this is actually one of those discussions. I had recorded it on my phone. It really happened.
The old lady there basically representes all the people at our table that have to suffer through our conversations while they're trying to eat...
She's no one in particular.

Also if you know the term for that move let me know. I've yet to figure it out.
